Privacy policy and cookies

This document regulates the Privacy and Cookie Policy of the website maintained in the domain www.tixe.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Website). Tixewash Polska Danuta Alchimowicz Sp.j. (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) exercises all due diligence to respect the privacy of Website Users.

Administrator of personal data
The administrator of personal data contained on the website www.tixe.pl is Tixewash Polska Danuta Alchimowicz Sp.j., registered in the National Court Register under the NCR numbers 0000366716, NIP [Tax Identification Number] 1231228525 and REGON [National Register of Economic Units] 142614350.

Personal data
Users using the services provided electronically via the Website are asked to provide personal data voluntarily. The Administrator processes the obtained data pursuant to article 23 (1) of the Personal Data Protection Act. The data are collected in particular for the purpose of providing services to the persons they concern.

The Administrator of personal data exercises special and due diligence to protect the rights of Users whose data are processed, and in particular ensures that these data are:

  • processed in accordance with the law,
  • collected for the purposes specified in this document and lawful,
  • not subjected to further processing incompatible with these purposes,
  • factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
  • properly secured,
  • stored in a form that allows the identification of persons to whom they relate, no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

The Administrator of personal data reserves that, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, it may entrust the processing of personal data of Users whose data it administers to other companies in order for these companies to properly perform activities related to hosting, administration, maintenance and management of the Website, as well as pursuing claims and explaining the circumstances of unauthorized use of services provided electronically.

User permissions
Users have the right to control the processing of data concerning them contained in the Service Provider’s data files. This is especially the right to access and correct data, as well as request supplementing, updating, rectifying personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their removal if they are incomplete, out-of-date, untrue or have been collected in violation of the law or they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected.

The User has the right to terminate the use of the service provided electronically at any time. Users may also contact the Service Provider in order to exercise their right to access, modify and delete data or to oppose their processing, via the Service Provider’s Contact Data available on the website, in particular by sending a message to the e-mail address: sekretariat@tixewash.pl.

System logs
These are internal event logs of the Website server, automatically saving website requests and sent when Users visit its websites. System logs contain a page request sent by the User, IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of the request and at least one “cookie” file that can uniquely identify the User’s browser.

Cookies
These are small files containing a string of characters that are sent and saved on the end device (e.g. computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone) used by the User when visiting the Website. This information is sent to the clipboard of the browser used, which sends it back at the next visits to the Website. Cookies contain information necessary for the proper use of the www.tixe.pl website. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they come, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

These files allow to recognize the User’s device and display the website of the Service adjusted to his/her individual expectations, which makes the use of the pages easier and more pleasant. By saving these files on the User’s device, it is possible, inter alia, remembering login details, maintaining the session after logging in or adapting the website to the User’s preferences, such as the arrangement of content, language or colour.

What cookies are used?

The www.tixe.pl website uses mainly three categories of “cookies”:

  • Necessary files – these files enable the proper functioning of the Website and functionalities that the User wants to use, e.g. authentication cookies. It will be impossible to use the Website if they are not saved on the User’s device.

Blocking them may reduce the level of service provision due to the Service Provider’s inability to realize revenues that subsidize the operation of the Website; however, it will not make the entire functionality of the Website unavailable.

If the User does not agree to saving these files, it will be necessary to change the web browser settings accordingly. The data collected in the system logs are used by the Service Provider for an indefinite period only for the purpose of administering the Website. They are not transferred to third parties, except as described herein.

In connection with the use of the Website by Users, we can automatically collect and save in the server logs technical details about how to use the services, requests sent by the User related to the provision of electronic services, IP address and technical data about the operation of the Website in connection with activities made by the User, in particular information on the start, end and scope of each use of the service provided electronically. We can also collect information to store it locally on the User’s device, using the browser’s memory mechanism.

When providing services to Users, we use professional technologies to collect and save information, such as “cookies”. Access to “cookie” data may also be granted by Google via Google Analytics and Google Adwords in order to compile traffic statistics and the effectiveness of promotional campaigns carried out by the Service Provider using the aforementioned tools.

Data collected on the Website are stored on external, safe and professional servers, based on agreements concluded by the Service Provider. The Service Provider takes appropriate precautions to protect Users’ personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, disclosure and unlawful use. Only the Users themselves and the Service Provider are entitled to process the data of the Website Users.

The website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for files that are sent and saved on the end device (e.g. computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone) used by the User when visiting the Website.
