What does Rapid offer?
Comfortable washing space
The technical container remains outside the bays' working area. Drivers can use the car wash without restrictions caused by protruding technology modules.
Technical facilities in one place
The heated interior protects components from frost and provides the access needed for operation and servicing. The compact layout also allows for equipment upgrades.
Investment matched to the location
A smaller technical container reduces the space required and helps optimise investment costs. We match programmes, payments and equipment to local market needs.
A defined number of bays
Rapid serves a maximum of 3 bays, with no expansion beyond this number. Technology upgrades at this scale are discussed for each specific configuration.

Materials and workmanship

Behind the enclosure's appearance are a steel structure, materials chosen for car wash conditions and LED lighting.

Steel structure

We hot-dip galvanise closed profiles inside and out. This treatment helps the structure resist corrosion in everyday car wash operation.

Panels and finish

The panels consist of two outer layers of coated aluminium and a polyethylene core. We select the material for durability, appearance and resistance to weather, chemicals and mechanical damage.

Roof covering

For single-pitch roofs, we use trapezoidal sheet metal galvanised and painted on both sides. Arched roofing is made from translucent trapezoidal fibreglass-reinforced polyester; its colour can be matched to the project.

Lighting and bay partitions

We use LED technology to illuminate bays and advertising elements. Partitions made from three-layer block-out material have two white printable layers and a black core that reduces light and graphic show-through between the two sides.
