What we provide

Use of the website is free of charge. You can browse our offering, guides, projects and contact details, use the search function, and prepare a car wash configuration and enquiry text.

In the current version, contact forms, investment analysis and the configurator prepare an email message. You send it yourself from your own email account. Completing fields or opening your email app does not send a request to TIXE.

The Partner Area is currently informational. The website does not provide customer accounts, login, a shopping basket or online payments. Purchases of car washes, parts, chemicals and services require separate arrangements with TIXE. A service-related message does not confirm a repair date or acceptance of an order.

Rules of use

To use the website, you need an up-to-date browser supporting HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The online version requires internet access, and sending a prepared message requires email access. Your internet or telephone operator may charge fees under your contract.

The free electronic service begins when you activate the selected function. You can stop using it at any time by closing the page. This does not create any obligation to purchase.

You must not submit unlawful content, infringe other people's rights or take action that disrupts the website. Provide only the information needed to handle your matter; do not send passwords, payment card details or specially protected data.

Materials, configurator and proposals

Descriptions, visualisations, guides and configurator results help you prepare for a discussion. They do not replace an individual design, a site assessment or a binding offer. The final scope, availability, price and deadlines are determined by the arrangements and contract with TIXE. The configurator’s parameter summary is provided for information only.

Photos, text, marks and other materials are legally protected. You may use them within the limits of permitted use; other uses require appropriate authorisation. Rights to external materials belong to their owners.

TIXE makes efforts to ensure information is reliable. Errors and outdated information can be reported to the office email address. External links lead to websites operating under their own rules. These terms do not limit rights arising from mandatory legal provisions.

Technical issues and complaints

Report comments about the website's operation to biuro@tixe.pl or in writing to the registered office. Describe the problem, when it occurred and how we can reply. Browser information or a screenshot may help clarify the issue.

We will respond to complaints about the operation of the website without undue delay and within the deadlines required by applicable law. Equipment complaints and reports of car wash faults are handled by TIXE service under the applicable agreement and warranty terms.

Privacy and updates

Data processing rules are described in the privacy policy. Consent to Google Maps and visitor statistics is voluntary. You can use the website without these features and change your choice at any time in the privacy settings.

Changes to features or legislation may require these terms to be updated. The new version will be dated and will not retroactively alter the terms of contracts already concluded. Changes affecting the rules for using the website will be described in the updated document.
