We build car washes and know the business from within.
For over 20 years, we have built self-service car washes for partners and operated our own network. We know the business from two perspectives: the manufacturer supporting partners and the operator responsible for sites every day.

This represents thousands of hours of analysis, hundreds of projects and everyday technology experience. We use it when planning locations, selecting equipment and organising ongoing operation.
An experienced approach for every project scale.
Every location is different. We adapt the business model to large filling-station networks and investors starting with a single wash. Our goal is to create the conditions for a profitable business and long-term partner development.
TIXE proprietary solutions target lower operating costs. The business plan assesses how technology, bay numbers and local demand affect margin and payback. Results are always tied to the assumptions for that investment.

01. Location and analysis
We assess the plot, customers and competition, then define scale, budget and revenue scenarios.
02. Concept and documentation
We select bays, technology and the dry area. The local designer coordinates adaptation, approvals and required decisions.
03. Production and site preparation
TIXE manufactures the technology and structure. Utility connections, foundations and circulation are prepared in parallel according to the schedule.
04. Installation and commissioning
We install the container and canopy. Once utilities are ready, we configure and test the technology and prepare the team to operate it.
05. Opening and ongoing support
After required approvals, you start operating. Factory service, chemicals and TIXE parts support daily operation and future upgrades.

FAQ
Investor questions.
Does 80 days cover the entire project?
No. Around 80 working days refers to production. Documentation, site preparation, installation and commissioning have separate schedules. Some stages can run in parallel.
When can the technology be commissioned?
After the required installation work and functioning utilities are ready. Opening to customers also requires the applicable completion and occupancy procedures.
Does TIXE support car wash networks?
Yes. Configuration, equipment standards and service scope can fit one site or a network plan. Each location needs its own site and market assessment.
