Data controller

The controller of personal data processed in connection with use of the website and correspondence is TIXE Sp. z o.o., ul. Legionów 212, 43-502 Czechowice-Dziedzice, KRS 0001158770, NIP 1231228525. For matters concerning personal data, write to biuro@tixe.pl or to the registered office address.

What data and for what purpose

The contact forms, investment analysis form and configurator prepare an email in your browser. TIXE receives its contents only when you send the message from your own email account. Completing a form, downloading a summary or opening your email application does not submit an enquiry.

When you change the language, the active form may be stored briefly in this tab’s session storage to prevent the loss of the data you have entered. Guide checklists save your selections and note locally in your browser. Details and instructions for deleting these records are provided in the “Cookies and privacy settings” section.

• Contact and answering enquiries: email address, full name, optional phone number, correspondence content and company details if provided. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in correspondence and handling enquiries — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Preparing proposals and investment analysis: also location, plot number and cadastral district, project stage and selected car wash parameters. When you act on your own behalf before entering into a contract, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. When contacting us on behalf of a company, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the interest in managing the business relationship.
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims: data relating to the matter, to the extent necessary — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Website operation and security: technical connection data is used to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing an available and secure website — Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
• Optional Google map: we load it on the basis of your consent — Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may decline and still use the address details, telephone number and the rest of the website.
• Optional visitor statistics: We enable Google Analytics 4 only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) to measure website use and improve the site. You can withdraw your consent in the privacy settings.

Providing data is voluntary. Without contact details, we may be unable to reply; without location information, we may be unable to prepare an analysis. A request for contact does not constitute consent to a newsletter or future marketing campaigns.

How long we retain data

We retain correspondence about an enquiry that has not led to a contract while the matter is being handled and, once it is closed, for no longer than 12 months after the last contact. If data is needed to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, we retain only the necessary data for the period required by those obligations, until the applicable limitation period expires or the proceedings end.

When a contract is concluded, the retention periods depend on its performance and applicable legal obligations; relevant information will be provided when the contract is signed. We remember your choices about the map and analytics in this browser for 180 days. Deleting site data or changing the consent mechanism version may prompt us to ask again.

Technical logs are used for ongoing diagnostics and website security. Routine entries remain available for the retention period assigned to the hosting service in use. If a record is needed to investigate a fault or misuse, we retain only the necessary data until the investigation is complete and, where legal claims are involved, until the applicable limitation period expires or the proceedings end.

Data recipients and external services

To the extent necessary to handle correspondence, data may be accessible to authorised persons at TIXE and providers of email, IT and legal services. Public authorities may receive data where required by law. These parties’ access is limited to the scope needed to perform their services and duties. Information about the recipients of data in a specific matter can be obtained by contacting TIXE.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. The hosting infrastructure receives connection data, including your IP address and technical information about your browser, to deliver the website and maintain its operation and security. Vercel may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. The provider describes its data retention practices and transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework, in the Vercel privacy notice ↗.

Incoming email for the tixe.pl domain is routed through Microsoft infrastructure. Microsoft systems and the sender’s email providers participate in delivering messages. Microsoft may also process data outside the European Economic Area, using safeguards described in its service documentation, including standard contractual clauses. When you consent to the map or visitor statistics, Google receives connection data, including your IP address and browser information. For users in the EEA, the service is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google may also process data outside the EEA using safeguards described in its policies. Opening an external link, for example to Google Maps or LinkedIn, takes you to a separate website. Its provider processes data under its own policies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation.

You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can change the map and analytics settings using the button below or in the footer. The website's current tools do not make automated decisions with legal effects or profile users for that purpose.

Cookies and privacy settings

With your separate consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-6Y8GBCTM6E) to measure visits, pages viewed and aggregated interactions so we can improve the website. Google may use cookies and online identifiers such as _ga and receive technical data, including IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited. We do not transmit form contents or contact details. We do not use this measurement for advertising or remarketing. The legal basis is your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw in the privacy settings. Without consent, we do not load Google Analytics or set its cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts, images and scripts are served through the website infrastructure; fonts are not downloaded from Google Fonts. We remember your selection using the local browser storage entry tixe-privacy-v2 in your browser. It stores your choices about the map and analytics, the save time, expiry time and settings version; it contains no form contents or advertising ID. Separate guide checklist entries (tixe-checklist-v1) store selected items and your own notes. They remain in this browser until that list or site data is cleared and are not used for analytics or advertising.

When you change the language, we use the entry tixe-language-draft-v1 in the tab’s session storage (sessionStorage). It may contain the data entered in the active form, its selections and the configurator step. The record is deleted when it is read on the next page; data is restored only if the record is no more than 5 minutes old. This does not mean it is automatically deleted after 5 minutes. If navigation is not completed, the record may remain until the tab session ends or the website’s data is cleared. This mechanism does not send data to TIXE or track users.

The Google map is disabled by default. After consent, it may use Google technologies, including cookies. Withdrawing consent removes the embedded map and prevents it from loading again. It does not delete data Google has already received or cookies stored on its domains — you manage those through your browser and Google services.

If browser storage is unavailable, the map choice works only in the open tab, and saving checklists or transferring data between language versions may not work. Analytics runs only with separate consent. Marketing and advertising are not connected.
