How do you fund your project?
A common financing choice is the purchase using own funds on a 30/30/30/10 basis . Upon signing of the contract, a unreturnable earnest money of 30% is required to start the production process. The final 10% is payable after delivery and installation of the equipment.
We cooperate with the largest leasing companies in Poland: European Leasing Fund, BNP Paribas, Millennium Leasing, PKO Leasing and other smaller leasing companies. Through our ongoing collaboration, we help customers to obtain the best possible financing terms. It is possible to lease 100% of the equipment, which means that if you are able to lease, you do not have to pay even one zloty for the car wash equipment.
We assist customers in completing the documents needed to submit all kinds of applications and possible business plans. We also work with several banks, so that the investor's path to obtaining a loan is significantly shortened.
Capital for the purchase of a self-service car wash can also be obtained from the European funds.
The plot for the construction of a self-service car wash should meet the basic criteria: have an attractive location with communication access and sufficient space to develop the facility. The perfect plot should also have access to all utilities.
Lack of access to mains water, sewage or gas is not an obstacle to the implementation of the Tixe self-service car wash.
